We have an exciting opportunity for a Trust Manager to join our friendly and growing team in our new Adelaide office. This role offers rewarding work, where you will manage a portfolio of trusts while fostering strong relationships with beneficiaries. As part of a dynamic team, you'll play a key role in the effective administration and management of trusts, ensuring fiduciary duties are met, and providing exceptional client service. About the role

  • Build and maintain relationships with solicitors, accountants, and beneficiaries.
  • Facilitate the finalisation of trusts, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Complete Prudent Person Reviews to safeguard trust interests.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Stay informed on legal developments in Estates and Trusts.
  • Ensure compliance with trust administration guidelines and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product changes, including terminations, mergers, and transitions.
  • Support reporting needs and assist with system implementation.
  • Develop and update policies and procedures for product changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth transitions.
  • Identify and address compliance risks and issues.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality client service and stay informed on CSTS products and services.

What you need:

  • Expertise in law, accounting, paralegal work, financial planning, or paraplanning is highly regarded.
  • understanding of trust administration, trust accounting and the relevant legislation e.g. Trustee Act, Administration and Probate Act. highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate trust administration.
  • A collaborative approach, thriving in a team environment.
  • High resilience and emotional intelligence to manage complex situations.
  • Proven ability to build lasting client relationships with quality service.
