We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our friendly team as an Estate Support Officer in our Estate Management team. This role provides high-quality administrative support to the national Estate Management team, helping to ensure the smooth and timely management of estates. You’ll be working closely with Estate Managers and Estate Administrators to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve client satisfaction.

About the role:

  • Prepare and issue beneficiary letters using proprietary systems (Salesforce, SharePoint, ELO).
  • Arrange estate commencement tasks, including insurance instructions, funeral payments, mail redirections, and document certifications.
  • Support probate applications and coordinate asset redemption requests.
  • Assist with bank account reconciliations, property sales, and asset sales alongside Estate Administrators.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow internal documentation processes.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong administration skills and experience
