In this newly created role, you'll centralise and manage fund and service provider changes within Corporate Trustee Services (CSTS). Your responsibilities will include overseeing processes like fund terminations, service provider transitions, fund mergers, and auditor transitions. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Clients, and Service Providers, to ensure efficient and compliant execution of operational changes throughout a fund's lifecycle. Focusing on improving process consistency and operational efficiency, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high service levels and compliance during these transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key processes of product change, including terminations, fund mergers, and transitions.
  • Support reporting requirements and assist with systems implementation.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to product changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Identify and address compliance risks and issues.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality client service and maintain up-to-date knowledge of CTS clients, products, and services.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team.

What you need:

  • Experience in the investment/funds management industry
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and problem solve
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a similar field
  • Proven understanding of financial markets and the funds management industry
